Suspicious person on a pushbike shining torch into cars

Dear Resident

We are appealing for information after an unknown person was captured on CCTV on Hertford Court.

Did you hear or see anything suspicious? have you been a victim of vehicle crime at a similar time? have you captured anyone in the area on CCTV? Please call us on 101 or report to us online here.

There are some simple but effective things you can do to help protect your vehicle:

Park your car in a garage or driveway if possible, or on a busy, well-lit road. Choose a ParkMark® accredited public car park wherever possible

Never leave anything on display in your car. The cost to repair damage to the vehicle will usually exceed the value of the theft

Drivers of some Toyota and Honda vehicles and some 4 x 4’s should install measures to deter theft of catalytic converts e.g Catloc | Catalytic Convertor Theft Protection
